Our Produce

Narborough trout farm has been in operation for 30 years supplying fresh rainbow trout to the public, deli's and restaurants

We still provide our trout and now produce other smoked delicacies, details of which are provided below.

Our Chicken is sourced locally and is free range, and we use Gressingham duck, renowned for its flavour and tenderness

We are also proud to announce that our Smoked Trout Pate won a gold prize in the 2008 Guild of Fine Foods "Great Taste Awards"
